Mini Bar Attendant (FT)

The Mini-bar Attendant at The St Anthony, A Luxury Collection Hotel is responsible for maintaining mini-bars in guest rooms and charging guests for consumed mini-bar products. Candidates must possess great guest service skills and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Work Environment / Physical requirements:
Ability to carry heavy loads such as trays and tables (40-60 pounds)
Ability to pull heavy loads (300 pounds)
Standing, bending, and stooping required.
Must be able to maneuver throughout the dining area while carrying full trays of food & beverages.
General & Fundamental Requirements:
Maintain, Organize and clean assigned storerooms daily.
Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet of mini bar sales.
Ensure products in Mini-Bar are not expired and take the proper procedure to remove those products as necessary.
Maintain Mini-Bar carts.
Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in storerooms
Maintain and complete all guest floors and rooms requesting Mini-Bar service.
Maintain the highest level of customer service and display professionalism at all times.
Communicate effectively with Manager on Duty any issues and/ or concerns.
Daily work includes checking guest rooms, cleaning of mini-bars, checking presentation of product and menu’s, completing daily inventory, charging guest of products consumed and tracking daily sales.
Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures.
